What should I do if my item is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item please do not remove the tag on your item. Email us at Hausofkayt@gmail.com immediately to receive a replacement. Replacements are time sensitive, you will have up to 5 days from your delivery date to contact us for a replacement. 

What should I do if my item is lost or stolen?

If your item happens to be lost or stolen please contact your mail carrier. Your shipping carrier will be able to help you file a claim for your missing item. Haus of Kay T does not take any responsibility for any lost or stolen items. 

What should I do if my item does not fit?

We hope that you enjoy your Haus Of Kay T purchase.
We offer a 5 day exchange policy. 5 days start from delivery date with tags attached. NO TAGS. NO EXCHANGE. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, OIL, STAINS, GLITTER OR MAKEUP IS NOT EXCHANGABLE. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS. 

Please email hausofkayt@gmail.com with order number and reason for return. We will give instructions if your exchange is approved.
